This concern begins with the raw material where technicians from Frimesa are responsible for the breeding and health conditions of the animals in order to ensure an excellent quality of meat and milk. When received by the industry, the raw material is also examined in the laboratory using the most modern techniques, before being sent to production. To ensure our quality, all the industrialization processes of the products are subject to standardized procedures, with production lines periodically audited, thereby formalizing an integrated and continuous process of product quality control at Frimesa.
In its quest for improvement, the company enhances its expertise by perfecting and specializing their processes, starting from the origin of the raw material. In the dairy production process, in addition to monitoring by veterinarians alongside the farmers, the raw material is amassed through a completely bulk collection system and cooled on the milking premises, resulting in a remarkable increase in milk quality.
In the meat sector, with the goal of giving the consumer high quality and safe pork products, FRIMESA implemented in its production chain the Integrated Program for the Production of Pork, which is structured around seven programs: welfare, the environment, health, production, nutrition, food safety, and slaughter. The integration of these steps allows FRIMESA to monitor the entire production process from the farm until the sale of the product to the consumer.
